The Emotion and Health Research Laboratory (EHRL) brings together a number of researchers interested in studying the development of emotion-regulation abilities, as well as the relationship between these abilities and mental and physical health. In addition, there is an interest in studying the relationship between emotional competency and academic achievement across the life-span.
