In the 3rd month since while in the CMHA van after teaching a yoga class for them we were in an accident.

It doesn’t take full blown disaster to leave injuries

Post concussion syndrome,
wiplash and other injuries to neck & back

Gratitude for a coffee drop off
For a few little visits

For the patience of students & clients as I put so much of my life on pause

And cancelled so many events

Cancelled all the things

Clearing space for what’s to come
