Now more than ever before as a collective we are being called to stay rooted, to ground ourselves in the real and true, and to keep turning inwards even when the world tells us to look outwards. This is why I’m excited to share this upcoming offering that is a safe and brave space for women to do just that!

ROOTED is a 3 month intensive container focused on integrative healing, cyclical living & Ayurveda hosted by my friend, yoga teacher & Ayurveda wellness counsellor, Amy Rohrer. Amy’s integrative framework will support you on your own unique integration journey to plant seeds to root deeply inwards in order to rise into more alignment, vitality and joy through grounding practices, honouring the cycles of nature, mindset and meditation tools, unlocking the beliefs that hold us back, weekly yoga classes, and learning about the ancient eastern medicine of Ayurveda and your unique constitution to create your own unique wellness toolkit.
