Prince of Wales Coffee Club – Friday, February 6th

Raising Resilient Children: Mental Health Resources and Supports at KPRDSB

All Prince of Wales families are warmly invited to join us for our next First Friday Coffee Club on Friday, February 6, from 9:00–10:00 a.m., in the POW Rotunda Room.

This month, we are excited to welcome Kris Koster-Lilley, Senior Manager, Professional Services and Mental Health at the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board (KPRDSB).

Kris will join us for a supportive conversation about:

Supporting children’s mental health and well-being
Raising resilient children
Mental health resources and supports available through KPRDSB
Where families can turn for help and guidance when they need it
The discussion will be brief and accessible, followed by time for questions and sharing. No prior knowledge is needed — this is a relaxed, parent-friendly space to learn, connect, and support one another.

As always, coffee, tea, and light snacks will be provided. Whether you can stay for the full hour or just drop in, we would love to see you there.

Coffee Club is open to all Prince of Wales parents and caregivers, and we hope you’ll join us for this important and timely conversation.
