Strollercize is our outdoor class for parents who want to feel strong — stroller optional, toddlers welcome to walk alongside. Taught by personal trainer & group fitness instructor Ashton Swinnerton

Slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body.

Nest & Stretch is a gentle yoga class for caregivers and babies 0–2, closing with quiet infant massage. No experience needed. Instructed by Sonja Martin Sonja Martin 🥰

🍦✨ AGES 0-5 - Mini Makers this week is going to be SWEET! ✨🍦We’re crafting colourful ice cream cones using puffy paint, bright colours, and lots of fun sprinkles! 🌈🍦

For our littlest makers, we’ll make the activity developmentally appropriate with a handprint or footprint ice cream cone. 👣🖐️ Everything can be modified to meet your child right where they are!

Our Mini Makers activities are designed for ages 0–5, so siblings of different ages can create together, explore, and have fun! 💕 Come get creative with us and make something as sweet as your little one! 🍨🎨
