Mat's Music Lessons

Mat's Music Lessons I teach music lessons to individuals of all ages, that wish to learn to play, or improve their playing skills, on the above-mentioned string instruments.

Mat's Music provides private music lessons for the following string instruments: Banjo, Dobro, Acoustic & Electric Guitar, Lap and Pedal Steel, Bottleneck-Guitar, and virtually all forms of slide-guitar,and beginner Ukelele & Mandolin. I also do basic set-up and maintenance on those musical instruments. I sell strings and other accessories that may not be available locally, and I am available as a musician for recording, and live entertainment venues.

The acknowledged Master of the Hawaiian steel guitar. He eventually 'went Christian ', and recorded some reverent and quite beautiful Gospel music, in his later years. He also recorded some of the most iconic cartoon music, back in the day. My favourite Hawaiian steel guitarist.

Sol Hoopii (1902--16 November 1953) was a Native Hawaiian guitarist, claimed by many as the all-time best lap steel guitar virtuoso.

Some of you may not realize this, but the original name for Frank Zappa's Band was "The Mothers". The record company didn't want to back a group of scruffy men with long hair and beards etc ..So Frank made a compromised deal, and came up with The Mothers of Invention ". I actually prefer Mothers of Invention, but it wasn't his first choice.

Mainstream political parties don't actually ever support Small Business, their idea of ' small business ' is a company with 50 employees

'Meta/Facebook ' is entirely unhelpful to me. I want to cancel my music lesson business Page @ and don't know how to do it. I have retired from teaching music lessons. Can anyone help me get rid of my old Music Lessons page?

My favourite Norm MacDonald quote - just after being fired from SNL's 'Weekend Update ' - " I mean uh, If someone doesn't like you, and they own the joint... well that's fine " It reminds me of getting dumped by a disgruntled Girlfriend.
