I honestly don’t even consider myself a fitness centre or gym, so you can imagine my surprise when I found out I received GOLD in the Fitness Centre & Gym category! 🥇

And then came the icing on the cake…

I truly don’t have the words to express how much this means to me.

A huge congratulations to Faith, the winner of our Name the Cat contest! 🎉 Our little studio mascot officially has a name: Chai! ☕🐱

Today I was on a mission to make people smile, including myself. I purchased flowers from a lovely gardener named Sandi McDonald. When she delivered my bouquets we exchanged a smile. I can imagine she was smiling as she prepared such exquisite masterpieces as well. My step mother smiled, as did my father, as I walked in with a stunning gift for them. My mother, although not home when I popped over will no doubt be smiling ear to ear when she comes home today. I have smiled several times since, each time I have walked out my front door and back in, with my smile making flower’s strategically placed to bring a smile to as many as possible. Make yourself smile today…it’s contagious!🤗☀️💜
