It's the last day of school! Thank you to our SFA community and families for your support during this past school year. It's been a blast with lots of successes to celebrate. Enjoy your summer holidays!

⚾☀️ Tomorrow is Jr. Jays Summer Fun Day! ☀️⚾

To wrap up our year as a Toronto Blue Jays affiliate school, we will be hosting our "Jr. Jays Summer Fun Day" tomorrow, Tuesday, June 23! Our Grade 6 students are excited to step up as Jr. Coaches, and our Grade 5s will be leading the charge as Team Captains. All of our Kindergarten through Grade 4 students will be hitting the yard to practice their baseball skills and join in on the summer fun.

The weather forecast is looking beautifully sunny and warm! Parents, please ensure your child is dressed to be outside for the morning with a hat and sunscreen applied, and please remember to send them with a refillable water bottle. We have two exciting water activities planned where the kids might get a little wet, and we will also be providing freezies at our rest station to help everyone cool down.

Students and staff are also welcome to wear their Blue Jay's gear. We're looking forward to a wonderful morning of celebration, teamwork, and school spirit. Let's play ball! 🎉

Our lost and found is overflowing with really nice items - we are certain you are missing these things at home! If you recognize anything, please have your child come to the front hall anytime this week. If you would like to come in, you’re welcome to stop by during school hours! Anything not collected will be donated by Friday. Thank you!

Bike Bus was a success! Thanks to everyone who was able to come out and ride along, help out with busy crossings, and provide support along the way... including SFA parents and our friends at the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP!

Today's after school Gr 5 vs Gr 6 softball game has been cancelled due to the rain. The game has been rescheduled to tomorrow, June 11 at 9:00am!
