From April 10-12, Duane Allen will take on the 4x4x48 Challenge by running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours straight in honour of his son James and all Canadians living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Girls on the Run & Heart & Sole is BACK! 🏃🏻‍♀️💜

We’re so excited to bring this incredible program back to the community this spring! Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole focus on building confidence, friendships, and a love of movement while working toward a celebratory 5K at the end of the season.

Program Details:
📍 Location: Petawawa (location TBD)
👟 Coaches: Celene, Brad, Morgan, Jess, & Steph
📅 Start: Week of March 30th
🏁 End: Week of June 9th
🏃‍♀️ End of Program 5K: TBD! (In Ottawa!)
🗓 Program Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
⏰ Time: 5:00–6:15 PM

This program is all about encouraging girls to believe in themselves, stay active, and have fun while running and moving together.
