Poppy Patch Kids Daycare

Hope everyone had a happy valentine's day! These little ones had a surprise valentine's day party waiting for them! We made love puppies and bunnies, played valentine themed bingo and had a special treat too!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

With Easter just a few days away, the children got to decorate their own Easter eggs and go on a special Easter egg hunt! Happy Easter!

Spring is back and the kids were busy planting flowers in our sensory table this week!

The children had a PA day this week! They got to enjoy the snow by going sledding and building a snow bear! They also had fun painting and practicing their scissor skills making these amazing valentine hearts! ❤

Friday the kids had a PA day....we took a walk, enjoyed the fall scene and played at the park. After lunch we got to enjoy making apple crumbles together. The kids were excited to each bring their crumbles home to share with their families. 🍎

An alphabet hunt is always fun! The children got to find letters in the hidden eggs and they enjoyed matching them to the letters on our alphabet wall.

Last week the children took part of a St. Patrick's day party. They painted shamrocks, hunted for gold coins, worked together to make a leprechaun trap, and they got to make their own special treats!

Happy Canada Day Everyone!🇨🇦

Daycare is temporarily closed due to maternity/parental leave. I will be reopening this coming January. 😊

The children have been preparing the daycare room for our valentine's day party with these beatiful art pieces. Lots of hearts and, of course, we didn't forget the love bugs ❤
