I support ppl to clear emotional overwhelm and patterns, to help you reconnect with self-trust and emotional clarity. But still, you feel emotionally stuck. Maybe you’ve been into self-exploration for some time now. You’re familiar with more than a few personal growth and spiritual practices - meditation, yoga, therapy, journalling, somatic practices, energy work, breathwork, shamanism, ceremony,

trauma release, nervous system work…one of the million other ‘choose your own adventure’ options out there to help you become more fully you. You’re someone who cares deeply — about truth, growth, integrity, and being of service in the world. But it all feels like a lot right now. You’re overwhelmed trying to manage your own ‘stuff’ while keeping afloat with self-care, tending to complex relationships, and moving toward your heart’s creative dreams. You’re feeling emotionally off. And though you can probably name the issue, you can’t seem to shift it on your own. The pattern keeps returning, and you’re starting to feel like you’re going nowhere. You want to feel better, about yourself - and your situation. You want to become the highest version of you! But right now it seems like you aren’t… and you don’t. In case you need the reminder: It’s not your fault. You’re not inadequate, and you are trying hard enough. The problem isn’t a lack of effort, but that you’ve not yet fully connected with some aspect of yourself — especially the parts you judge, ignore, hide, or misunderstand — and given them the emotional understanding and compassion they need in order to shift. You might be a trooper, used to working hard on your own, but if you’ve reached the edge of your current capacity, know that you are worthy of receiving the support you need. I help self-aware, spiritually-inclined people who feel like “works in progress” to reconnect with themselves — not by pushing harder, but by turning inward with care, understanding and self-compassion. Through intuitive coaching, emotional reflection, spirit-led guidance, and compassionate humour, I help you unravel the hidden aspects of self that are keeping you stuck — so you can soften, reconnect and move forward with clarity, feeling GOOD about who you are. ✨ REBIRTH ✨ Hello All, I’ve been away from here for a time and it’s time to re-emerge.

The last 7 months were the most growth intensive months of my life.

After a family member was hospitalized last summer, I next had to find a new place to live. I hunted for 2 months and finally found a place in Perth in late October.

A week later my best friend of 11 years (and former partner) died suddenly. The loss has been the greatest heartbreak of my life, next to separating from my Dad when my parents divorced.

I then gathered the entire contents of an apartment and moved, all while grieving deeply for my beloved friend, Dane.

Since then I’ve been adjusting to living alone for the first time in 17 years. I participated in a gentle course of learning and healing for wellness practitioners with called “Firekeepers”. And I’ve been reassembling a fractured and expanded identity after deep transformation.

While I don’t wish such sudden loss and change on anyone, there are enormous gifts in this time for which I’m grateful.

I have learned:

✨I am highly sensitive but not fragile. I’m extremely resilient.

✨My community are there when I need them most.

✨It’s hard to truly understand deep loss until you’ve experienced it. And that’s ok.

✨Intense creative focus is one of the greatest healers of grief.

✨Stretching beyond our current capacity enhances self belief.

✨We do not ever truly lose the people we love, and connection lasts beyond these bodies.

✨Enduring hard things is part of being human. How we frame them decides how we rise again.

✨Slowing down, bodily care and emotional kindness are the most underrated form of self love.

✨When someone dies we can love them even more by feeling the deep loss, and it helps immeasurably.

One of my Fire Keeper students wants more experience and practice hosting and guiding small group work.

They have been studying the Enneagram for 25+ years and will offer you an introduction to this personality framework that describes nine distinct, interconnected types. It’s used for personal growth, self-awareness, and understanding interpersonal dynamics.

Each type has its own core fears, desires, motivations, and typical patterns, and they’re arranged around a nine-pointed diagram that shows how types relate to and influence one another.

The Enneagram blends ancient spiritual traditions with modern psychology. It maps nine core personality types on a circle, highlighting paths of growth and stress.
