Sharing a little update and a lot of love!

Our entire crew is enjoying a quiet morning at R4L Ranch We have a few temporary guests and some chore helpers too. We are well and oh so grateful!

Our new little facility at Rooted Stone Acres is still very much intact and waiting for us to return when it's safe. Our hearts are with the crews working this emergency, so many of our friends and colleagues who have lost so much, and those who are not out of the woods yet. (Our trucks are not unhooking from trailers anytime soon y'all!)

And a shout out to our friends at Bobtail Ranch who's updates and vigilance is much appreciated!

Oh... and Max says hello!

💔 we are pained to hear about some of the emergencies our neighbours are experiencing. Our entire crew of lesson horses (affectionately called the 'gelding gang') made it back to R4L Ranch in Oliver this evening with a bit of help from our friends. We thought we might have been a little premature making that move this evening but as it turns out, it was a good call. We were stunned to see how quickly the fire had taken off when we pulled up to Rooted Stone Acres to load up the first trip.

LAST CALL for Trevor's clinic coming up in Penticton this week. We have room for at least one more participant in most time slots.

We also have a bit of room to stick in a private (or shared) horsemanship hour here or there, but please let me know ASAP! ([email protected]) Got a c**t starting or trouble shooting problem not related to Cowboy Challenge? Now is the time to ask! The privates would likely fit in the early afternoon on Thursday and/or Friday, or late afternoon on Saturday or Sunday.

In partnership with Feedway Stables and the Skaha Horsemanship SocietyEach clinic runs for two days with groups of 4 or 5 riders working for 2-3 hours each.
