good morning everyone, as a precaution we evacuated everyone from the school at approximately 10:37 as there was a propane smell in the building. The construction site disconnected their tank and the residual propane in the line wafted into the school. The students went to the high school and the PIB fire dept came and did a walk through, their advice was to open windows and doors to let the smell dissipate . In the mean time we have bussed the students and staff to Skaha Lake Park for lunch they will return at 1:00.

This afternoon at 2-3pm we will have community police cars at our school playing dodgeball with the students. Please don't be alarmed :)
