Outdoor Education in Action! 🌲
Learning goes beyond the classroom in our Outdoor Education elective. Through hands-on experiences, students connect academics with personal growth, build new skills, and develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world. 🌱
By embracing the outdoors, students stay active, support their well-being, and grow through meaningful, real-world learning experiences. 💚

Our Jazz Band Is Taking Shape! 🎶
We’re thrilled to continue this rewarding musical tradition! Our SCALA students are ready to begin learning, rehearsing, and making music together. Under the direction of Mrs. Cumberland, our students will perform a selection of jazz arrangements at this year’s Christmas Concert! 🎄
They're also hoping to host a spring concert, giving our musicians even more opportunities to showcase their hard work and growing talents.
We can’t wait to hear the music come to life and see our students shine! 🎺🎶

Celebrating the Virtue of Hospitality! 🎉

This week, our school community came together for our Virtues Awards Assembly, celebrating the virtue of Hospitality. Congratulations to all our students who received awards!

Our monthly Virtues Awards are a wonderful opportunity for students to reflect on the meaning of virtue and how we can put it into practice in our daily lives. Each month, we explore a new virtue and discover how we can use our unique gifts to serve others and contribute to God’s work. 🙏✨

As part of our school community’s recognition of Truth & Reconciliation Day, our students had the opportunity to learn about and appreciate Indigenous culture through meaningful classroom presentations and activities.
Students also wore their Orange Shirts as a symbol of remembrance. We are grateful for these opportunities to learn, reflect, and continue our journey toward reconciliation.
