Just back from an incredibly inspiring week at Esalen for the conference on The Subtle Body and Martial Arts.

This group was crazy smart and cared deeply about the topic. We had amazing discussions and are still processing all that we learned.

Thanks to everyone that made it possible!

Come learn the fundamentals of the Chinese straight sword (jian 剑), beginning with basic stances, cuts, and blocks. We will learn Part 1 and 2 of the Wudang Dragon sword form 龙华剑, exploring the movements, principles, history, and mythology woven through it all.

Meditation isn't something we have regularly but we just finished a three week course on Establishing the Foundation for Daoist meditation.

Not everyone has the persistence to keep a consistent practice but all we can do is our best.

Showing up is the single most important part.
