Becky's Day Home A play based educational Day Home where children can learn and grow in a safe and caring environment.

I have always had a passion for working with children and decided to get my education degree as soon as I graduated from high school. I graduated from the University of Alberta with my Bachelor of Education in 2010. I have over 6yrs experience teaching grades preschool to 12. I have decided to take a break from teaching to stay home with my son and open up a play based educational day home starting Monday, July 4th 2016. Children will be able to learn about numbers, letters, colours, shapes and so much more while having fun and playing. I am First Aid certified and have my Child Supervisor and Alberta Teaching Certificates. Here is a list of some of the activities and services I will be providing:
- Daily themed crafts
- Weekly Science Experiments
-Free play time
-Daily Outings to the Park and Splash Park(weather permitting)
-Story time
-Calendar time
-Structured child-led learning
-Weekly Baking/Cooking
-Lunch and Snacks provided

I will have two 4 day a week (7:30am-5pm) 100hrs spots and 2 part time 50hrs (9am-2pm) between school hours spots coming up in September. New government rates will be $326.25/month for the 100hr spots and $230/month for the 50hr spots.
