This workshop is a full day dedicated to learning, practicing, and building confidence with the barbell in a small group setting.

The Core & Mobility class is officially FULL, but I’m keeping a waitlist open. If you’d like to be added, send me a message! If a spot opens up, I’ll contact people in the order they joined the list.

I’m so excited to help these ladies move better, feel better, and build a stronger foundation.
