Ready to submit a claim for your Student Health Plan? Here's how:

Step 1: Visit your app store and download the ClaimSecure app onto your mobile device.

Step 2: Create an e-profile & set up direct deposit

Group Number: 513970
Certificate ID: your student # after the 'A' (eg, A0412345678)

Step 3: Log in and follow the steps:

- Claims
- Submit Photoclaim
- Select the benefit you're submitting for
- Take a photo or upload existing proof of claim (receipt)
- Done!
