We had a fantastic Bat Chat with the Peachland Sparks! 🦇

The evening was filled with fun bat facts, a bat-themed craft, and bat storytelling. One of the highlights was watching the live feed from our attic roost, where hundreds of bats were preparing to head out and forage at dusk. It was an exciting opportunity to learn more about these amazing nocturnal neighbours and see them in action!

The first bat count of the summer is coming up Friday, June 5! 🦇
Help BEEPS monitor bat populations and health by bringing your family and friends out to count the bats at Our SPACE every Friday evening throughout the summer.
Your support helps us provide these mama bats with a safe summer roost close to the lake which is something that is incredibly important for their survival.
