About me: I am a yoga instructor offering classes and memberships with the goal of promoting healthy and soulful living. My passion for yoga began in my second year of university when I started attending weekly yoga sessions. This decision deeply impacted not only my physical well-being but also provided a sanctuary from the everyday stressors of life, allowing me to reconnect with myself. This sparked a desire in me to create a place where others can do the same and embark on a transformative journey, enhancing both their physical and mental wellness. Through a blend of traditional and modern yoga practices, I strive to guide individuals in finding space for themselves amidst the business of life.
