North Peace Performing Arts Festival is now under way! Piano starts this coming Sunday at 2:00 and continues through to Wednesday morning at the St. James Cathedral. All the students have been working very hard, make sure to come listen to them perform!

Music Festival | Performing Arts Festival | Peace River The North Peace Performing Arts Festival Association is dedicated to providing an opportunity for all students to participate, perform and learn from one another. Students gain appreciation and knowledge from formal adjudications and receive encouragement to continue their studies.

Happy Thanksgiving! The fall piano lesson term is well under way! It is wonderful to have everyone back in the studio. As well as learning note names, rhythms, fancy Italian terms and random old guys named Mozart and Beethoven.... practice is also something we have to learn to do. Just like hockey or dance practice, you need to show up for piano practice too, the rewards in the end are great!

For the rest of October, ask your child to play their weekly assignments for you, help them set practice times and goals. :)

🎶 Yesterday was a great start back to lessons! Some of my students have started lessons this week, but everyone is back next week!!🎶 It is pretty amazing what is happening with our brain when we play piano!!! Happy playing!!

I am putting the finishing touches on my fall schedule!! It will be a great lesson year! I have only two afterschool spots left open (one Tuesday and one Wednesday), but I do have daytime lesson flexibility for those who are able to to make morning or early afternoon time slots. 🎹🎶🎵🎶🎹
