After the Bell - After School Program

After the Bell is a licensed daycare centre with trained and certified staff. It offers care from 2: It operates from 2:30-5:30, from Monday to Friday.
It also offers full-day care on PD days, storm days and emergency school closures when possible. After the Bell is a play-based program with many opportunities for children to engage in both active and interactive activities. There is an outdoor, fenced play area on site, with appropriate space for play and interaction. It includes a nutritious snack and much more. Government subsidies are available to those that qualify.

World Down Syndrome Day - March 21st, 2023.
Thank you to our After the Bell Parent Julie for coming in to do a presentation today with the children about Down Syndrome.
The children learned what Down Syndrome is, why and did hands on learning.
We ended by rocking our socks and having a group dance party.
We are very proud for strong advocates like Julie and to be part of such an inclusive environment.

Thank you to Pasadena Subway for there generous donation of ALL the things subway for the children at After the Bell !
The children have been super interested in making stores and subway was one of their favorites. They got to expand their play to the fullest with all this fun stuff. :)

Thank You to the Salvation Army Thirft Store for having the After the Bell children today on Pink Shirt Day.
The children helped donate items and the staff even stayed open for us, gave them special treats and an item to take home.

- Empty dishliquid bottles
- Old PC pipes or similar (water table fun)
- Old baking trays / pots (outside play)
- Empty gatoraid bottles
