A great, last day in Madrid. We took an excursion to Toledo, saw some fabulous art pieces, visited a great museum, spent more money on clothes and souvenirs, and are now settled for the night. Tomorrow we visit Segovia and Avila on our way to Salamanca.

A full day in Madrid and the kids are wonderful. We visited the Royal Palace, Puerto del Sol, some did a bike tour, others explored a tower. Today we are of to Toledo.

We have landed safely in Madrid! There are a few squishy bellies but after some fresh air, a bit of sightseeing, food and rest we will be good to go.

This is it! ONE MORE SLEEP!! (Or 1/2 of one at least)
