Have we accidentally created our own fight club?! Because dang these women are strong! 💪🏽

I know a few weeks ago I said we had our biggest class ever and that was true. We had 7. And then 7 again. And then 9. And this week…10! I was proud at 7 and just blown away with 10.

Everybody has been so consistent and that’s part of the reason why they are all progressing. It was amazing to look around the room and see more different skill levels and time spent training. Day 1, to month 3, to year 5 and everything in between.

Don’t worry, it’s all grappling/wrestling and it’s a fun way to learn self defence and a new skill with a badass group of women.

Marina and Cait completed the Fun 50!

Busy schedules don’t phase these two. Marina just got married earlier this month 💍 and Cait recently finished up working at the FIFA World Cup ⚽️ and they STILL showed up and completed this workout!
