What might happen if you stepped into an art gallery… and gave yourself permission to pause?
On Sunday, October 25, I’m bringing a Making Space session with The Joy Restoration Project to the beautiful James Baird Gallery in Pouch Cove for a special afternoon inspired by the Woman exhibition.
This won’t be a typical art experience — and it won’t be a typical class.
It’s an invitation to slow down, look closer, move, breathe, reflect and connect.
