Alexandra Eagles celebrated their first spirit day by bringing "Anything but a Backpack" to school today. What a fun way to start off the student council's first spirit day of the year.

Good morning Alexandra Community School Families,

We hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather! The upcoming week looks a little different so please remember to send your child(ren) in layers and appropriate wear for outdoor recess.

Upcoming this week:
Bookfair running this week!

Dot Day Spirit Day! If you are able, wear polka dots on Tuesday September 15th

First Popcorn Day and Meet the Teacher (4-5:30pm) on Wednesday September 16th

First Pizza Day Thursday September 17th

*Fire drills-we will be attempting to complete some fire drills this week if the weather cooperates. If your child(ren) are sensitive to this kind of event, you may want to discuss at home and remind them that they will be safe with the caring adults in the room and that we practice so that we know what to do in an emergency.

Thank you,

Alex Admin Team
