Unofficial: Fast and Easy, freeze dry

Our business is a partnership of three college students studying Culinary Management. We want to make a product that will make a difference in the quality of the food that our customer are purchasing, prepping and consuming. Our product will be pre-prepared and/or pre-cooked meals. Our meals will give our customers the proper nutrition and health benefits of healthy home cooked meals, but the convince of something quick and easy. Instead of using a bunch of preservatives and chemicals to help our food last longer, we will be using the method called ‘Dry Freezing’. ‘Dry Freezing’ is an older method for preserving food, that helps food to last much longer than using a regular fridge or freezer. Our overall goal is to ensure that our customers are consuming the proper nutrition their bodies need to function properly on a day to day basis.
