Bluenose II is looking for a Chief Engineer.
Bluenose II is a Canadian icon and Nova Scotia’s sailing ambassador. The ship travels around the Maritime provinces and beyond promoting the history of the Atlantic fishery and acting as a tourist destination to the ports she visits.
This is a year-round position based in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. You will be required to work every day during the sailing season, from April 1 until October 15. Through the off-season (October 16 to March 31) you will be required to attend to the vessel once per week for monitoring and once per month to run machinery.
Bluenose II is owned by the Province of Nova Scotia and operated by the Lunenburg Marine Museum Society.
