Formally known as a Christmas Craft and Vendor Show, while the name has evolved. This is the same well loved event celebrating its 10th year.

This updated name better reflect the welcoming, inclusive spirit of our school and community while continuing the same high-quality and handmade crafters, artisans, and vendors. All well providing the same great experience our shoppers have come to expect. We look forward to celebrating this milestone year with you.

There are people out there that are always trying to scam vendors and/or portray themselves as the organizers. Always check before sending money.

🎓 Vendor Business School | Lesson #11: Before You Pay, Verify the Event.

A vendor finds a polished event flyer in a local Facebook group. The organizer promises heavy attendance, says only two booths remain, and requests a $175 payment through “Friends & Family.”

The deadline feels urgent—but the event is still six weeks away.

Before paying, the vendor calls the venue using the phone number on its official website. The venue has no event booked under that name. The organizer’s profile was created recently, the photos came from another market, and the application contains no refund policy.

That five-minute check protects more than a $175 booth fee. It also prevents a hotel reservation, travel expenses, unnecessary inventory preparation, and a completely lost weekend.

A professional flyer can be copied. A legitimate event should be independently verifiable.

We are also happily accepting donations of used pots in all shapes and sizes and plastic plant trays. We have a large grey bin and blue barrel just in front of the Greenhouse to accept all donations. Stop by anytime to drop them off. Thanks!
