Reading Rescue Ontario

So many students graduating!
A testimonial from another happy family....

Both of our kids had an amazing experience with Reading Rescue Ontario and we couldn't be happier with their teacher Julia. She took the time to understand each of them, made learning fun by incorporating their interests and created a supportive environment where they felt comfortable and confident.

We saw real growth in their reading fluency, word recognition, independence and most importantly, their confidence as readers.

Julia made such a positive difference for both of our kids. We whole heartedly recommend Reading Rescue Ontario to any family looking for extra reading support. It was absolutely worth it for our family!

This testimonial is from a student's mother that our instructor Julia taught. 😀

My daughter has learning disabilities in reading and writing. With the help of Reading Rescue, she is now reading at grade level. She feels much more confident in herself and her abilities.
Reading Rescue is affordable and effective!

Another testimonial :-)

My daughter participated in Reading Rescue Ontario during the 2025-2026 school year.

She loved working with Lori and felt that Lori provided a fun, safe, comfortable and supportive environment.

Within the year, we watched a significant improvement in our daughter's reading abilities and most importantly, in her confidence and belief that she could be a reader.

We highly recommend the Reading Rescue program. We found it to be highly effective, the staff were supportive and the program was affordable!

Sincerely,
Michelle Grivel

Thank you for your testimonial, we're happy you're happy!

Reading Rescue came highly recommended from friends, so when our daughter was struggling, we reached out. Before meeting Julia, our daughter did not want to even try anymore. She was so frustrated. We didn't know how to help.

Julia worked wonders with her and from the first class, our daughter was motivated and it grew her confidence immensely. This helped all of us! In fact, she loved it so much that she chose to continue throughout the summer and this school year she has already beed rated above grade level!

Please, if you have a child struggling, sign them up!
I cannot articulate what a change this has brought to our girl.

Another testimonial....our instructor Julia is fantastic!

My grade 8 boy was functionally illiterate. I knew that high school would be a frustrating and fruitless experience.
I was concerned he would quit education before grade 10.
We needed a substantial improvement.

Reading Rescue Ontario provided one on one tutoring, delivered by supportive and caring staff.
The simple at home study became part of our daily routine.
Two years later, I have no concern about my son's literacy or his success in education.

We love sharing testimonials!

As a parent, I cannot praise Reading Rescue enough. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind and always managed to keep my busy son on task.
The progress my son has made in his reading abilities has been a remarkable turnaround. He went from being self conscious and reading well below grade level, to achieving grade level marks and his confidence and abilities have soared.
A special thank you to Valerie and Lori who worked with Jack. They are truly gifted and a blessing to those struggling to read.
I really can't say enough good things about this program and hope that if you have a child who struggles, you give Reading Rescue the opportunity to help them!
