LCBI High School is accepting applications for a full-time Campus Life position as a Male Dorm Parent.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and mentoring students while helping to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging dorm and campus life environment. Dorm Parents work opposite shifts of the school day and are responsible for student supervision, providing day-to-day support, and planning activities that foster community and student growth.

Additional responsibilities include cleaning duties and completing regular maintenance checks within dorm and campus life facilities.

LCBI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including pension matching. Staff housing is available on campus, and meals are provided to staff in our cafeteria for a minimal fee.
