🐪 Hump Day Wisdom | The tools around us are changing faster than ever.
Artificial intelligence can help us move faster, analyze more, and unlock new possibilities. But powerful tools have always required thoughtful hands.
The future may belong to people who stay:
🔹 Curious enough to keep learning
🔹 Humble enough to adapt
🔹 Thoughtful enough to use new tools wisely
Tools will change. Technology will evolve. Human judgment, empathy, and critical thinking still matter most. RPM-Academy

🐪 Happy Hump Day! 🐪 “You can lead a camel to water… but you can’t make him drink.” The same might be said about learning. It can be overwhelming... a world overflowing with information, courses, podcasts, videos, books, and AI-generated answers. The real challenge often isn’t access to knowledge… it’s finding the energy, curiosity, or motivation to engage with it. Many of us have experienced “push learning”:
🫸Mandatory training,
📰Information overload,
🛟Compliance courses, or
🤯Trying to absorb too much at once.
But meaningful growth often happens differently. Not through pressure. Not through overload. But through small, consistent moments of curiosity.
📚15 minutes a day. 💡One new idea. 🧠One small insight. 📈One percent better. Over time, those small moments compound. Perhaps the goal isn’t to force the camel to drink… Perhaps it’s to help the camel become thirsty for growth again. RPM-Academy

🐫HUMP DAY | A new Yale University study (see link below) suggests that positive beliefs about aging may influence not only how we feel emotionally, but also our physical and cognitive well-being. Perhaps aging well is less about “staying young” and more about staying: ✨ curious ✨ emotionally engaged ✨ socially connected ✨ creative ✨ adaptable ✨ purposeful
Maybe the real secret is never losing our sense of wonder. The journey is not over. RPM-Academy https://platinum-rpmacademy.talentlms.com/

📰"A Historic effort at Transparency!" | The U.S. government is making public dozens of previously classified files about unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) — UFOs... | Is anyone else thinking, "Why does this feel easier to reveal than the things that materially shape people’s lives"?

🎇SPARK | Friedrich Nietzsche, in "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" wrote of the three transformations of the spirit. First, the camel🐪, then the lion🦁, and finally, the child🧒.
The CAMEL represents the stage of learning, discipline, responsibility, and endurance. It carries the weight. It embraces the difficult journey. It survives the desert.
The LION — the courage to challenge assumptions, think independently, and break free from what no longer serves us.
And, the CHILD — curiosity, creativity, imagination, and the ability to begin again.
In an age of intelligent machines and a world increasingly obsessed with shortcuts and instant answers, perhaps we should remember: To evolve, we must be all three.

⛔Where the HECK is the on-ramp?!!!🛑 I just read The Fraser Institute report (link included below) on the sharp rise in youth unemployment in Canada. It made me think of how organizations have stepped up over the years to take responsibility in critical areas:

🌱 Environmental sustainability
🤝 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
🦺 Health & Safety

All important. All necessary. But what about this? Where is our COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY for helping young people take their first step into adulthood? Not just jobs. Not just credentials.... But real pathways. Real experience. Real opportunity. I’d like to propose something simple: YORA — Youth On-Ramps to Adulthood
A commitment by organizations to:
• Open meaningful entry points
• Provide hands-on experience
• Offer mentorship
• Create visible paths forward
Government can support. But at the end of the day… It’s organizations that hire. It’s organizations that open (or close) the door. If we don’t build the on-ramps… We shouldn’t be surprised when young people can’t find the road. They are and always will be... OUR FUTURE!

Manufacturing’s Culture Problem Is Really a Systems Problem 04/22/2026

Talk about a universally-applicable ethos... "It’s easier to act your way to a new way of thinking than to think your way to a new way of acting." John Shook Lean Enterprise Institute. In this Quality Digest article authored by James Glover discusses "designing behavior-generating systems" and how culture emerges from systems. A great short read and much food for thought. Manufacturing’s Culture Problem Is Really a Systems Problem When manufacturing leaders discuss operational challenges, “culture” becomes the catch-all explanation: “Our culture doesn’t support discipline like Asian manufacturers,” or, “We need to change the culture around quality,” or, “It’s a cultural resistance to following

Improvement... Is it an action or identity? Goals come and go. Motivation rises and falls. But when improvement becomes part of who you are, growth ceases to be a destination... it becomes a journey. This is !

🐪HAPPY HUMP DAY! 🐫 Today, April 15, is World Art Day... an international celebration of the fine arts. Declared by the International Association of Art (IAA/AIAP), a partner of UNESCO, a day to promote awareness of creative activity worldwide. The first World Art Day was held on April 15th, 2012, a date chosen in honor of Leonardo da Vinci's birthday. Now, go out and hug your favourite artist... a cash contribution would be nice.🙂 RPM-Academy

🎇SPARK: Learning is like sailing upstream. Pause… and you’re pushed back. Not because you’ve failed. Not because you’re incapable. But because the world doesn’t stand still.
🛠️ Skills evolve.
🤔 Expectations rise.
What worked yesterday quietly fades into irrelevance.
So the question isn’t: “Am I moving fast enough?”
It’s simply: “Am I still moving?”
The moment we stop learning— we don’t stay where we are. We drift. RPM-Academy
