Wednesday ended with a campfire and a chapter of our novel being read aloud. Today we tackled a triple black diamond portage that went straight up and down!

The sunshine continues as we navigate the waters and examine all the frogs we find.

An update from our fearless explorers!

Today has been a real adventure so far! We’ve had to navigate beaver dams and carry our canoes and gear for multiple kms (once we had gone back and forth a few times!)

Science Fun Today! Toddler and Casa summer campers participated in a hands-on science activity led by our Elementary science teacher, Sonia. They explored the properties of solids and liquids by making oobleck, a fascinating non-Newtonian fluid. They also observed exciting reactions by mixing an acid (vinegar) with a base (baking soda)—a great way to learn about chemical reactions through play and discovery!
