MedTalks Spotlight: History Taking & Interviewing Skills

On February 22nd from 5-7pm, we will teach you one of the most important skills you will need as a physician: how to take a patient history, interview and build rapport with a patient. Learn all about how to build a differential diagnosis, how to approach sensitive issues, and understand more about social determinants of health.

Are you interested in medicine? On behalf of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine's Medical Education Interest Group, I want to invite you to our 7th annual MedTalks! MedTalks is a series of talks given by medical students to undergraduate students on medically relevant topics, such as cardiology, and psychiatry. You'll also have the opportunity to network with medical students to learn more about medicine and have all of your questions answered. Upon completion, every participant will receive a certificate of completion per session attended.

Sessions will be held from 5-8 pm at the RGN campus on Mar. 30 and Mar. 31 and end with a tour of the anatomy lab.
