Call for volunteers! 🙋‍♀️CMPS parents and guardians: Our Scholastic Book Fair is coming up the week of June 8 and we need volunteers to help make it a success. The fair will take place during school hours each day that week, and during Comet-palooza the evening of June 11.

Volunteering helps build a love of reading at CMPS, and every purchase benefits our school! If you can lend a hand at these book fairs, please email [email protected]. Thanks in advance for your help!

Reminder: This Friday, June 5 is a PA (Professional Activity) Day for elementary schools. There will be no school for elementary students. EarlyON Centres will be closed.

As the weather heats up🌞, we’re helping kids stay cool with sweet treats! CMPS parents: Send your kiddos to school tomorrow and next Thursday with a loonie or toonie for some refreshing freezies! See 👇for details. Proceeds go to the grade 6 leaving celebrations and end-of-year field trip; thanks for your support!

Earlier this month, Council hosted a fun Friday Family Math Game Night that hosted more than 200 CMPS children and families!
This event was made possible thanks to JUMP Math for the materials and the OCDSB Parents Reaching Out (PRO) Grant for funding the event.

We’re grateful to the CMPS staff and Longfields-Davidson student volunteers for their help in making this event a big success! 🫶
