Chapman Mills Public School Council Chapman Mills Public School opened in September 2012, a beautiful new school located in Barrhaven an Chapman Mills P.S.

opened its doors for the first time on September 4, 2012 at a temporary location, 60 Tiverton Drive. Construction of a new building began in May 2012 at the corner of Chapman Mills Drive and Leamington Way. Students and staff transitioned to the new building in March 2013. Positioned next to a public park, the school serves students from junior kindergarten to grade 5 in the Regular English Progr

am and Early French Immersion Program. The opening population of about 485 students included students who formerly attended Farley Mowat Public School and Barrhaven Public.

Call for volunteers! 🙋‍♀️CMPS parents and guardians: Our Scholastic Book Fair is coming up the week of June 8 and we need volunteers to help make it a success. The fair will take place during school hours each day that week, and during Comet-palooza the evening of June 11.

Earlier this month, Council hosted a fun Friday Family Math Game Night that hosted more than 200 CMPS children and families!
This event was made possible thanks to JUMP Math for the materials and the OCDSB Parents Reaching Out (PRO) Grant for funding the event.
