Administrator or Project Manager position:

Eastern Europe and Transatlantic Network – hosted by the Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies, Carleton University
Funded by the Department of National Defence Canada
Project co-leaders: Profs. Crina Viju-Miljusevic, Paul Goode, Jeff Sahadeo
Period of employment: February 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
Casual position: 10 hours/week
Remuneration: $40/hour
Tasks:
- Communication with Network members;
- Organization of Network events, including facilities, travel, accommodation and catering;
- Project accounting;
- Supervision of research assistants in charge of administrative duties

Profile:
Education: BA or MA degree required (completed or in progress)

Abilities and competences: strong writing and communication skills; ability to work independently; Fluency in English; analytical skills; flexibility, motivation and reliability.

Previous experience in project management would be an asset.
