This summer, I'm all into fuelling energy, which seems such a fuzzy idea for most clients... They often confuse it with stress (as in: "I'm so tired, I need coffee"). Another way of saying that being right here, right now, is never good enough, or right. Or that you should be somewhere, doing something else, being someone else. Exhausting.
Take a deep breath. Look up. Being right here, now, is a gift. Happiness is not a destination. It's being present to what is and allowing yourself to enjoy it.

It's so easy to ignore that this moment, this day, matters. We rush, we run, we fill our days with stuff that hardly matters at all.
But there is no second life waiting around the corner, and how we choose to live today, and next day, and all the days we have, pretty much determines how we live our one and only life.

So... maybe it's about time you realized that doing your best is not about imagining that you are a superpower: to have a perfect career, home, kids, social life. It's not about being perfect. It's not about doing it all: fit, well dressed, with a killer job. Perfect family, a pristine home and a great host/hostess, while you are doing an MBA part-time.
Take a deep breath...
Life isn't what you get to at the end of your crazy run - it's happening right now, and you choose, you decide and you live the consequences.
You create your life, one day at a time. You are "IT".
Is it time to make better choices?
Make self-care a priority. It's necessary. ☕
