We want to thank everyone for ensuring they maintain 6ft social distancing and wearing your mask while on school property. We truly appreciate your cooperation during this time.

We’d like to welcome all the new families and welcome back all the returning families to St. Luke.

The first week is almost done and everyone is adapting great!

For those driving in: Please remember to use the side streets and walk your child to the yard gate.

We ask that you do not park illegally close to the driveway entrance (1.5 metres away) and to please follow the signs posted for parking.

We also ask that you do not do any U-Turns on Mountshannon. It is illegal and very dangerous. It is safer to use one of the side streets to drive down.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation on this as we all want to ensure that our school zone is a safe one.

Ottawa Catholic School Board unveils back-to-school safety plan There will be no large indoor assemblies and field trips at Ottawa's Catholic schools when students return to class next month.

Your child's school email account is changing!

Moving forward, the new student email format will be [email protected]. The new accounts will be functional by September 1st, 2021. Benefits to this domain name change include a shorter domain name for the younger students to remember more easily and Google email account self-service password reset capabilities for grades 7-12.

The Ottawa Catholic School Board uses Google Workspace (formerly Google G-Suite) as its collaborative document suite. Google hosts a suite of online applications such as calendaring, email, docs, sheets and drive for sharing, collaborating and storing files. Students and staff are currently in separate cloud spaces which limits the ability for teachers and students to collaborate in a more safe and secure manner.

The Ottawa Catholic School Board has made the decision to relocate our active student email accounts under the umbrella of .ca as recommended by Google and will represent as .ocsb.ca instead of the traditional .ca email accounts. Your password access will not change for either the .ca account or the new .ocsb.ca account.

If students already have an .ca email account, they will continue to be able to access their files and email if they choose to do so until June 30th,2022. After this date, the drive contents will be deleted. If you choose to move content, this gives a full academic year.

Step-by-step documentation on how to access and move your old email, contacts, calendaring, and documents along with other resources will be provided to students at a later date.
