Canadian Toy Testing Council Learning Through Play since 1952 Throughout this time the CTTC has evolved to meet the changing needs of our children and environment in which they live.

The Canadian Toy Testing Council (CTTC) is a Canadian registered charity governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, promoting learning through play for almost sixty years. Our job is to test toys to help parents and others make smart choices in a very crowded marketplace.

The CTTC engages Canadian families to test toys, games and books, consolidates the results and publishes them free of charge through our annual Toy Report. This report helps parents, grandparents and all Canadian consumers make smart purchase decisions while meeting the various needs of the children for whom they are buying.
