When you hear the expression hurt people hurt people, I challenge you to reframe it...

Into generations of hurt people not knowing there was an alternative, a safe space or that what they are and were doing was not acceptable....

Why??

Because what happens to you in childhood is normalized in shame, abuse of all kinds and lack of emotional intelligence to verbalize actual feelings of shame and fear and fairness and pain... I could go on but you get it.

So let's change the conversations around SA to less judgy and shaming and more open and curious...

It starts with each of us... and if you need a safe space to share, DM me. I am always here to listen, hold space and make a pot of tea even.

You are loved.
You are worthy.

Come out from 7-9pm and connect with parents/ guardians who are dealing with all issues re. mental health related.
This safe and confidential meeting space here at the farm allows for open discussion on how we can help oursleves mentally and support our children as better role models.
Tea, coffee, respect, snacks and some smiles and laughter are all part of these evenings. Looking forward to seeing you here.
