Kindergarten Information Session at Polaris School and Centre

Are you exploring Kindergarten for your child? Join us for an upcoming Kindergarten Information Session to learn more about Polaris’ warm, play-based approach to early childhood education.

Rooted in Waldorf education, our Kindergarten program honours childhood as a time of wonder, connection, and meaningful play. Through a holistic and developmentally aligned approach, children are supported socially, emotionally, and physically, creating strong foundations for future learning. Our classrooms emphasize rhythm, creativity, outdoor experiences, and deep relationships - helping children feel secure, confident, and ready for what comes next.

This session is an opportunity to learn more about our approach, ask questions, see the Kindergarten classroom, and tour the school.

Date: Thurs., Jan. 15th and Feb. 5th, 2026
Time: 5:45 PM
Location: Polaris School and Centre, 1805 Gaspe Ave. 2nd floor
Registration required: https://forms.gle/HGQR414nPBzsanBL7

We look forward to welcoming you and sharing what makes Polaris a nurturing place for young children to grow and thrive.

Please note that this session is intended for adults only to allow for focused conversation and discussion. Babies in arms are welcome, and toddlers and older children may play in an adjacent room if accompanied by another adult.

Give Hope, Sustain Community - Help Polaris Nurture Every Child!

At Polaris School and Centre, children don’t just memorize facts - they learn with their hands, hearts, and curiosity.

Throughout the year, they are immersed in nourishing seasonal experiences: gathering leaves in autumn, crafting and weaving in winter, planting seeds in spring, exploring forests, observing the seasonal changes and celebrating festivals that deepen their connection to nature, rhythm, and community.

From art and handwork to nature walks and Nature Connect days, our Waldorf-inspired, whole-child education cultivates creativity, belonging, and lifelong wonder.

With your support, we can keep these rich experiences alive and make sure they remain accessible to every child.

Donate → enrich programs, support our dedicated teachers and keep Polaris accessible.

Share → help us spread the word so more children can belong

✨ Winter Wonders Campaign ✨
Help Keep Polaris Accessible for Every Child

At Polaris, children learn in ways that honour childhood — through nature, movement, imagination, handwork, and real human connection.

Half of our students rely on financial assistance to be here.
And because Polaris receives no government funding, our ability to stay accessible depends entirely on community support.

Your gift to our Winter Wonders Campaign helps us:
🌟 Keep tuition assistance available for families
🌟 Support devoted teachers who bring warmth and creativity each day
🌟 Sustain a screen-free, nature-rooted curriculum that nurtures curiosity, resilience & belonging

“Our son comes home full of joy, covered in dirt, stories, and confidence. Polaris has given him the childhood we always hoped for.” — Polaris Parent

Every donation — big or small — keeps a child right where they thrive.

Thank you for believing in children and in an education that honours who they are becoming.
