“Rise & Shine: Fearless, Focused and Forward”, a series of 3 retreats that will impact your life and purpose in truly powerful ways.

The first retreat is happening on November 22-24 in Cumberland, Ottawa, where 4 amazing women (Megan Hill, Annick Ruedi, Cheryl Hill and Ina Dietrich) will work with you on bringing your fear-based thinking and beliefs into your awareness and body and lead you to emotionally, somatically and energetically release them.

You will be part of a circle of compassionate women who empower themselves and each other by stepping into their courage, exploring and demystifying their fears and negative belief structures that have been holding them back. Together you are freeing yourselves, uplifting and inspiring each other, creating your fearless mindset and blueprint for claiming your power back.

We will do powerful release work through ritual, group work, sound healing, somatic breath work, role-play, purification, activations, and song and dance that bring you into a place of inner strength and purpose.

You will create affirming beliefs from your heart and soul that you integrate and embody on the second day. You’ll receive activations that allow you to be open to align with your spiritual purpose, uplift you into a higher frequency where you become concious of the opportunities that lie on your unique journey of inner liberation, transformation and alignment.

I am so excited about this retreat because the four of us feel called to create true alchemy of intention, skill and divine purpose in this powerful collaboration.
