Discovery University

Discovery University is a partnership between First Baptist Church, Saint Paul University, the University of Ottawa and The Ottawa Mission.

Discovery University (DU) offers free non-credit university-level courses in the Humanities (Art, History, Philosophy) to people who are experiencing homelessness and/or living on a low income. DU provides course materials, discussion groups led by facilitators and light snacks and refreshments during class. DU courses are taught by professors from the University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University.
