We are excited to announce that Operation Smile uOttawa is now officially recruiting for executive and chair positions! Application due APRIL 6, 2018 at 11:59 pm.
Since we are already more than half-way through the semester, the positions we are recruiting for will require some involvement during what is left of this Winter 2018 semester, but will be crucial to our organization come Fall 2018!
Open positions:
Vice-President OR Secretary
a. Assist the Co-Presidents in their duties
b. Assume all powers of the presidents in their absence
c. Be responsible for recording minutes of all meetings
Treasurer:
a. Be responsible for overseeing all financial dealing of the club, including fundraising funds
b. Keep complete records of all financial dealings of the club
c. Have signing authority for the club
Marketing Chair:
a. Maintain the Operation Smile uOttawa website and update it regularly
b. Be responsible for maintaining all social media sites and advertise events
c. Answer questions via the Operation Smile uOttawa email and social media sites
d. Upload any relevant event photos or videos to website and social media sites
Fundraising Chair:
a. Take the lead for organising fundraising events in conjunction with the rest of the committee members
b. Be responsible for organisation of canvassing and seeking sponsors
