As white clouds of flour settled on tiny noses and MGC turned into a giant puff of fun, it was easy to see that we were baking up something far more magical than just bread. While the guppies stirred round and round, they were actually folding in giant helpings of giggles, a pinch of patience, and a whole lot of "I did it!" pride.

Our sweet creation is so much more than yeast and water. It’s a loaf full of sticky-handed love and the whimsical joy of making something special for our moms. We hope you enjoy every crumb of the sunshine and heart they kneaded into these gifts!

To whoever ordered the "unlimited refills" on the white stuff: your delivery is ready for pickup. Please.

While the guppies are thrilled that Winter: The Sequel just dropped, I would like to retire from my career as a professional snowsuit wrestler for the more challenging one as sunscreen applier. I’ve reached my quota of damp mittens, and I’m ready to trade the shovel for some actual sunshine.
If we could skip the credits and fast-forward to the days where the air doesn't hurt my face. I’m manifesting sandals and greener pastures.
But until then, I’ll take joy in the squeals of glee while we play in the never ending arctic.

The guppies officially met their match this morning! Our tiny green guest proved to be a world-class escape artist, dodging every ingenious glitter-trap we set.

He didn't leave us empty-handed, though. In his hurry to slip away, he must have rattled his pockets, leaving behind a trail of shiny gold coins scattered across the table. The guppies were absolutely thrilled to find his treasure, even if the mischief-maker himself lived to trick another day. 🪙✨

Luck was definitely on our side, even without a catch! 🍀👣

Happy St. Patrick’s Eve🍀
Our little guppies dove headfirst into some magic today after reading How to Trap a Leprechaun. Inspired by the book, they spent the morning engineering some truly ingenious traps!
Honestly, if lunch hadn't sprung up on us, I think they’d still be adding glitter and bait to their masterpieces. We’re crossing our fingers that lunch isn't the only thing to spring today. With any luck, one of those little green mischief-makers will set off a trap tonight.
Keep an eye out for any stray gold coins or tiny green footprints. 👣

❄️ 💧 Today, we took on the Big Hill (okay, so it has melted a a lot and it’s a little hill, but it’s got huge energy!) and zoomed straight down into the ultimate puddle finish.

The Guppies Report:

We got our green thumbs (and brown elbows) working in the greenhouse today to get a head start on our gardens for this year.

We’re officially counting down the minutes until the ground thaws and we can trade these pots of dirt for a giant puddle. If you see us covered in dirt from head to toe by April... just know we’re living our best lives. 🐛🌷💧

The Greatest Boot Miracle of 2026

After months of "the other left" and "why are your toes pointing out?", the impossible has happened. Every kid. Every boot. Correct feet. No assistance.

Toddler Accuracy: 100% (Previously: 25-50%).

Childcare Provider’s Sanity: Restored.

Physics: Defied.

It’s the ultimate win. We’ve officially transitioned from the "Pigeon-Toed Shuffle" to a group of tiny humans who have learned footwear symmetry. I’m not saying there should be a trophy, but at the very least, someone should be getting an uninterrupted sip of tea.

🍫 A Sweet Treat for the Guppies!
The afternoon was full of magic (and a little bit of melted cocoa!) as we celebrated National Chocolate Fondue Day at snack time.

Our little guppies were all smiles as they mastered the art of the dip. It was a joy to see them so excited to try new flavor combinations and share a special moment together.
Laughter and friendship goes together just as well as chocolate and fruit.
