📣 This October, the Providence Institute of Transformative Leadership will launch the Living Systems Lab, a five-week program designed for leaders seeking to address real challenges within their organizations.
More than a traditional professional development program, the Lab invites participants to bring a real organizational challenge and explore it through a practical leadership experiment. Guided by two experienced facilitators and supported by a small cohort of peers, participants will develop new insights and approaches while applying their learning in real time.

Let’s bring the conversation into our own hallways.
During last week's research talk, the Researh team of the for Human Flourishing Project explored how communities of practice help professors break through the isolation of academic life by sharing real struggles and collective wisdom.
We want to hear from our School of Leadership community: What does a supportive, connected workspace look like to you?
Is it a shared midday coffee? A space to talk openly about professional challenges? A team that values rest as much as productivity?
Drop your thoughts or experiences in the comments below! And if you want to hear what the research team discovered about this, don’t forget to follow the Education for Human Flourishing page for their weekly clip drop.

Poursuivons la discussion dans nos propres couloirs. 🏛️✨

We are pleased to invite you to join the professors of the School of Leadership, Ecology and Equity for an insightful conversation this Thursday. Join Dr. Bianca Briciu and Marquis Bureau as they lead a Brown Bag Lunch Research Talk, focusing on a topic that is close to the heart of our academic community: the well-being and flourishing of those who guide our classrooms.
Drawing from the Education for Human Flourishing project, they will share findings from a study involving ten professors who participated in a six-week transformative community of practice. This session dives into the inner and systemic shifts needed to foster a healthier culture within higher education and explores how professors can navigate modern academic obstacles while maintaining a deep sense of purpose and identity.
The Brown Bag Lunch Research Talk will take place on Thursday, May 14, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. in room G126. Since this is a relaxed, conversational session, please remember to bring your own lunch to enjoy during the presentation. We look forward to seeing you there and continuing this important dialogue together!
