Well, it's been a while since we've posted to this page but we're gearing up to use it *a lot* more often so here we gooooo!
Check out some of the cool stuff we have for sale! Handmade by our neurodiverse group of people with and without disabilities, all proceeds from our sales help to keep FHF programs affordable for all!
Arrangements can be made for pick up at the Montgomery Legion, or items can be shipped at an additional cost.

FHF's art program, Harmoni'art, will be showcasing some of the creations that our participants have made through the years and we will be selling our products at the Conscious Community Craft Market on Sunday July 31 2022, from 9am to 3pm, at 5792 Rideau Valley Dr. North, in Manotick. Please come down and check out our amazing items and other vendors!
Two members of the Employability program, myself Dana Farley Public Relations Assistant and Employability member Laurie, will be working this experience on our own as we took on this opportunity because the owner Angèle will be on holidays...
