Photo-Synthesis: Creative Photo Walk in the Hampton Park Woods

Photography is a wonderful way to grow your knowledge and appreciation of your natural surroundings, document your finds, and express your creativity. Explore the Hampton Park Woods with artist and teacher, Susie Shapiro, and Friends of Hampton Park director, Sharon Boddy. Through creative observation and scientific investigation, we’ll hone our artistic eye and discover new perspectives, examine the environment closely, pay attention to the light, and play with composition. No photography experience is necessary, and all types of photographic devices are welcome.
Experience Level: Complete beginners and seasoned photographers alike are warmly welcomed.
What to Bring: Any photographic device you wish—smartphones, DSLRs, and compact cameras are all welcome.
Meeting Location: City parking lot off of Sebring Avenue, behind the Hampton Park Plaza
