“This exhibition brings together our two practices, both rooted in exploring emotion, identity, and the body. Our works emerge from personal experiences and transformative moments that have shaped who we are today. Through painting, sculpture, and experimental self-portraiture, we seek to express the spoken and unspoken feelings carried within us.
We are both drawn to the body as a language—through the physicality of sculpture, the intimacy of painting, and the vulnerability of long-exposure photography. By working with imperfect tools and moments of restraint, we reflect on the ways society and the self can impose limits, and how art can become a space for release and renewal.”

“Cette exposition réunit nos deux pratiques, toutes deux ancrées dans l’exploration de l’émotion, de l’identité et du corps. Nos œuvres émergent d’expériences personnelles et de moments transformateurs qui ont façonné notre identité actuelle. À travers la peinture, la sculpture et l’autoportrait expérimental, nous cherchons à exprimer les sentiments exprimés et non exprimés portés en nous.
Nous sommes tous deux attirés par le corps comme langage—à travers la physicalité de la sculpture, l’intimité de la peinture et la vulnérabilité de la photographie à longue exposition. En travaillant avec des outils imparfaits et des moments de retenue, nous réfléchissons aux façons dont la société et le soi peuvent imposer des limites, et comment l’art peut devenir un espace de libération et de renouvellement.”
