It is an energy practice that serves to harmonize and balance the physical and

mental bodies and re-establish emotional equilibrium. REIKI increases self-autonomy with respect to health and well-being. It accelerates the natural process of healing and increases tranquility and concentration. It helps calm nervous tension and reduce negative emotions. REIKI is a technique that stimulates one’s innate qualities of love and compassion. It enables one to become open-minded, encourages the development of intuition and increases self-confidence. REIKI does not conflict with religious beliefs and may be used with human, animal and plant life.
